1957 – Frantisek Tisler was a cipher clerk at the Czech embassy in Washington, He was recruited by the FBI. Code name 'Arago'. A British spy worked for Czech, Brian Linney. 1957-80 – April 1970 British Labour MP Will Owen was charged under the Official Secrets Act, aged 69. Czech intel from 1957 code named 'Lee'. He had holidays in Czech. 1959-71 – Czech intel recruited a 39 year old RAF technician, Nicholas Prager, while he was on a visit to Prague, where he had been born in 1928. Son of a Czech clerk, in 1961 Prager joined English Electric and gained access to secret defence info. 10 years working for Czech in London. Prager in early 1971. 12 years jail. He died in 1981.
